Hi, I'm Giuliana Carella
I founded Consulting by Carella to help real people work smarter, not harder. What started as a necessity became a method. Today, I help small businesses, solo professionals, and legal teams build systems that work for your life.

Why I Built This
I’ve always been pragmatic... the kind of person who peels back problems and builds systems that actually work in real life, not just in theory.
In the corporate world, that made me the go-to for fixing workflows. After becoming disabled, it became a lifeline: I had to create ways of working that honored my energy and creativity. Now, I share those same tools with others.
Maybe you know me from TikTok, an AI workshop, a Canva training, or even a sound bath. However you found me, welcome.
Consulting by Carella is where it all comes together. It’s not one-size-fits-all - it’s a way of thinking: practical, repeatable, and flexible.
Sometimes that looks like teaching small business owners Canva or ChatGPT. Sometimes it’s helping someone turn a passion into income. Other times, it’s cleaning up systems so teams stop reinventing the wheel.
