About This Sound Meditation:
This is a one-hour double sound meditation designed for deeper relaxation, nervous system reset, and immersive rest.
During the session, two sets of crystal singing bowls are played simultaneously from opposite sides of the room, creating a surrounding, layered sound experience. The tones move through the space and around the body, allowing you to soften, release, and drop into stillness without effort.
The sounds are steady, intentional, and enveloping. With sound coming from multiple directions, many people experience a heightened sense of presence, spaciousness, and deep rest.
The session follows our consistent structure and is designed to be accessible whether this is your first sound meditation or you’ve attended before.
Most people lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Chairs are provided if needed.
