• Chairs are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own (beach chairs, etc.)
• Optional: crystals and extra water
• Dress comfortably
• Doors open 15 minutes before the start time
• Doors close and lock at the start time, please arrive on time
• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals

About This Sound Bath:

This is a one-hour sound bath focused on relaxation and rest.

During the session, crystal singing bowls are played while you lie down or sit comfortably. The sounds are steady and calming, creating a quiet environment where you can relax without needing to do anything.

The session follows a simple, consistent structure and is designed to be accessible whether this is your first sound bath or you’ve attended before.

Most people lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Chairs are provided if needed.
