Sound + Stretch: Intro to Pole Edition

Join us for a unique 2-hour experience combining stretching, sound healing, and an Intro to Pole Dancing class, designed for complete beginners and anyone looking to try something new in a supportive environment.

We’ll begin with a guided stretch session with Gaby paired with a relaxing sound bath experience by Giuls using crystal singing bowls and calming frequencies to help quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your body. This portion of the event is designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed before moving into pole. 

Afterwards, instructors from Chrome House Studio will guide you through beginner pole basics including simple spins, poses, transitions, and foundational movement. The class also focuses on building confidence, body awareness, strength, and flexibility in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

No experience is needed for any part of this event, whether it’s your first sound bath, stretch class, or time touching a pole, this event is made for beginners.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing you can move in! Shorts with a t-shirt or tank top are recommended for the pole portion of class.

Important:

• Please do not wear lotions or oils before class, as they make the poles slippery and unsafe for you, your instructor, and others sharing poles.
• Arrive at least 5 minutes early
• Parking available near New York Bagel or Domino’s.

Please Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Optional for comfort: blanket, pillow, eye cover
