About This Sound Meditation & Massage Experience:
This extended sound meditation and massage experience is designed to support deep relaxation and rest (approximately 75-90 minutes).
Throughout the session, crystal singing bowls are played in a steady, calming rhythm while you lie down or sit comfortably. As the sound meditation unfolds, each attendee will receive a gentle mini massage (from Raven, LMT) while remaining in their resting position.
The extended format creates a slower, more spacious experience, giving you time to fully relax without rushing. You do not need to do anything during the session, simply rest and receive.
No prior experience is needed, and massage is optional.
Most participants bring and lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Chairs are available if preferred.
