About This Workshop

Market-Ready is a practical, in-person workshop designed to help vendors prepare for market season with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.

If you set up a table, booth, or pop-up... this session is for you.

This includes:

  • Bakeries & home bakers
  • Coffee stands & specialty drink vendors
  • Handmade product sellers
  • Knitters, quilters & textile artists
  • Crafters & artisans
  • Candle makers & skincare brands
  • Nonprofits & community organizations tabling at events

While examples will focus on market vendors, the skills taught apply to any small business owner looking to strengthen their branding, promotion, and in-person presence.

What You’ll Learn

During this 2-hour session, we’ll cover:

  • Canva basics for creating clear, professional vendor graphics
  • What to post before an event (and how often)
  • How to use CapCut templates to create simple Reels & TikToks
  • What to film at markets so you always have usable content
  • Booth setup best practices
  • Running your booth with confidence and professionalism
  • Smart engagement strategies (free samples, collaborations, cross-promotion)
  • Vendor etiquette and communication best practices
  • Simple ways to gain followers and future customers

This is a presentation-style workshop with live examples and built-in Q&A.


Featured Vendor Spot (Application Required)

Each session includes two Featured Vendor Spots.

Featured Vendors will:

  • Set up a full booth display during the workshop
  • Receive live booth critique + marketing feedback
  • Have their content used as real-time teaching examples
  • Be able to sell their products during the event

To be considered:

  1. Purchase a regular workshop ticket.

  2. Email carelladynasty@gmail.com your business name, description, booth photos (if available), and social media links.

  3. If selected, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

Spots are limited and selected at the discretion of the hosts to ensure readiness and alignment with the educational goals of the workshop.


Logistics & Cancellation Policy

  • Doors open 10 minutes early, please arrive on time.
  • Space is limited and registration is required.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, no-shows, or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the session.
