Which type of event are you planning?
Host a Sound Meditation
Fundraisers • Retreats • Schools • Offices • Parishes • Private Groups
Looking for a meaningful, low-effort way to bring people together for fundraising, wellness, reflection, or community connection?
I offer on-site Sound Meditation experiences that are calming, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed for your group’s goals, space, and audience. Each event is structured to be easy to host, with logistics, flow, and facilitation handled for you.
What Is a Sound Meditation?
A Sound Meditation is a guided, meditative experience where participants rest while listening to the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls. The continuous, layered sounds support deep relaxation and help calm the nervous system.
Participants do not need to do anything other than get comfortable and listen.
The experience can be framed in many ways, including:
- Relaxation and stress relief
- Reflection and intention-setting
- Nervous system reset and mental clarity
- Spiritual or contemplative quiet time
- Community connection and grounding
Accessibility & Comfort
Most participants choose to lie down on yoga mats, but chairs may be used by anyone who prefers or needs to remain seated.
Learn More About Sound MeditationsDesigned for Your Group
Every Sound Meditation can be customized or you can start with the "standard" options
We can discuss the tone, language, and intention of the experience ahead of time so it aligns with your audience and setting.
Examples of how groups often frame the experience:
- Schools, PTAs, and community fundraisers: stress relief and rest for busy families
- Faith-based groups or retreats: reflection, stillness, and intention aligned with the group’s values
- Offices or staff retreats: burnout reduction and mental reset
- Nonprofits and service organizations: restorative care for helpers and caregivers
Sound Meditation Fundraisers
Sound Meditation Fundraisers are a simple, low-stress way to raise money while offering something your community genuinely enjoys.
How It Works
-
You choose the cause, ministry, or project you’d like to fund.
-
I facilitate a ~1-hour Sound Meditation at your location (can be customized)
-
I manage registration and create marketing materials
-
All profits are split 50/50 between your organization and me.
What I Provide (Included)
To make hosting easy, I handle:
- Custom registration page
- Event flyers and digital graphics
- Email, bulletin, or announcement copy
- All sound healing instruments and equipment
- Full facilitation of the Sound Meditation
You are welcome to create your own materials if you prefer, but everything needed is included.
Host Support & Event Logistics
To ensure a smooth and successful event, I ask that host organizations support both promotion and day-of logistics in simple, manageable ways.
Promotion Support
Hosts are asked to share the event with their community using whatever channels make sense for them, such as email lists, newsletters, bulletins, or social media.
I provide all agreed upon written copy and marketing materials in advance, so promotion is straightforward and easy to share.
Day-of Event Support
Because I play continuously during the sound meditation, depending on the size of the event additional support is needed for things like check-in and attendee needs.
There are two options:
- The host organization provides 1–2 volunteers to assist during the event
- Or I can bring trained support staff for an additional fee
We’ll decide which option works best during the planning process.
Space Requirements & Logistics
Sound Meditations can be hosted in many types of spaces, including:
- Gymnasiums
- Parish halls or basements
- Conference rooms
- Retreat centers
- Large classrooms or community rooms
Space Needs
- Open floor space for participants on yoga mats
- A quiet, comfortable environment
- Access to restrooms for attendees (important, as deep relaxation can increase the need for bathroom breaks)
Capacity Examples
- School basketball court: approximately 150–220 participants
- Conference rooms or halls: capacity varies based on layout and spacing
Final capacity depends on spacing preferences, chairs vs. mats, and safety guidelines of the venue.
Ticket Pricing
Sound Meditaiton fundraisers are intentionally flexible and can be priced based on the experience you want to create and the audience you’re serving.
Flexible Pricing Range
Depending on the venue, capacity, and event design, Sound Meditation fundraisers are commonly valued anywhere from $10 to $50+ per person.
Higher price points may be appropriate when:
- The event is more intimate or limited-capacity
- The experience includes extended time or enhanced facilitation
- The audience is accustomed to wellness or retreat-style offerings
We’ll discuss pricing together to ensure it feels aligned with your goals and your community.
Example Fundraising Potential
At the $10Â starting level:
-
100 attendees × $10 = $1,000 → $500 to your organization
-
200 attendees × $10 = $2,000 → $1,000 to your organization
Larger spaces or premium experiences may allow for higher pricing while still maintaining strong attendance.
Designing a Premium Experience
For groups interested in creating a more immersive or elevated event, pricing can reflect additional elements such as:
- Double Sound Meditation (two facilitators)
- Longer session length
- Collaborative experiences (e.g., breathwork, Reiki, massage, or deeper guided intention-setting)
These options are discussed during planning and allow you to tailor both the experience and the fundraising potential.
Optional Add-Ons & Fundraising Upgrades
Some organizations choose to enhance their event with optional upgrades, such as:
- Reserved or premium seating (closer to the bowls)
- VIP sections for sponsors or supporters
- Add-on items such as blankets, pillows, or branded merchandise
These options are completely optional and may be managed by the host organization to increase fundraising potential.
