About This Sound Meditation:

This is a one-hour sound meditation focused on relaxation, rest, and raising money for a good cause!

During the session, crystal singing bowls are played while you lie down or sit comfortably. The sounds are steady and calming, creating a quiet environment where you can relax without needing to do anything.

The session follows a simple, consistent structure and is designed to be accessible whether this is your first sound meditation or you’ve attended before.

Most people lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable.
