• Yoga mat
• Suggested for comfort: blanket, pillow, eye cover
• Chairs are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own (beach chairs, etc.)
• Optional: crystals and extra water
• Dress comfortably
• Doors open 10 minutes before the start time
• Doors close and lock at the start time, please arrive on time
• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or no-shows will not be refunded or credited. 

About This Sound Meditation:

This is a one-hour sound meditation focused on relaxation and rest.

During the session, crystal singing bowls are played while you lie down or sit comfortably. The sounds are steady and calming, creating a quiet environment where you can relax without needing to do anything.

The session follows a simple, consistent structure and is designed to be accessible whether this is your first sound meditation or you’ve attended before.

Most people lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Chairs are provided if needed.
