What to Bring & Important Notes:

  • Yoga mat
  • Optional for comfort: blanket, pillow, eye cover
  • Chairs are available, or you’re welcome to bring your own (beach chairs, etc.)
  • Optional: crystals and extra water
  • Dress comfortably
  • Doors open 10 minutes before the start time
  • Doors close and lock at the start time, please arrive on time
  • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals

About This Sound Meditation:

This is a one-hour sound meditation focused on relaxation and rest.

During the session, crystal singing bowls are played while you lie down or sit comfortably. The sounds are steady and calming, creating a quiet environment where you can relax without needing to do anything.

The session follows a simple, consistent structure and is designed to be accessible whether this is your first sound meditation or you’ve attended before.

Most people lie down on yoga mats with pillows and blankets for comfort. Chairs are provided if needed.

Licensed Massage Therapist, Raven Santiago

Optional $22 Mini Massage Add-Ons

During select sound baths, Raven Santiago of Sync Body Therapies may be available in the space offering mini bodywork sessions. Because she practices in the same building, when schedules align she join us and offers a few add-on sessions during the event.

These are first-come, first-served and are paid directly to Raven (Venmo or other payment with her at the event).

Available mini sessions may include:

  • Scalp massage
  • Shoulder massage
  • Assisted stretching (full body)
  • Or another focus you can briefly discuss with her

Sessions can be done with oil or without oil, so please keep this in mind when choosing what you wear to the sound bath.

Some sound baths are specifically scheduled as massage + sound bath collaborations, but when availability allows, Raven's mini-massages are available as an add-on during other events.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, no-shows, or late arrivals will result in forfeiture of the session.
