• You’re welcome to bring your own (beach chairs, etc. if they fit the size of a yoga mat)

About This Sound + Stretch Meditation:

 This is a 75-minute experience designed to support deep relaxation, gentle movement, and a grounded return to your body.

We begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle in, slow your mind, and ease into the space, no effort or prior experience needed.

From there, you’ll be invited to rest while crystal singing bowls are played in a steady, calming rhythm, allowing your body and nervous system to fully unwind.

As the sound portion comes to a close, we’ll gently transition with the use of a crystal pyramid to bring awareness back into the body.

We’ll then move into a 15-minute, all-levels stretch session led by Gab, designed to softly awaken the body, release tension, and help you integrate the experience through mindful movement.

We close feeling grounded, clear, and reconnected.

The sound meditation portion follows the same calming, consistent structure as our standard sessions. Whether this is your first experience or you’ve attended before, you’ll be guided the entire time.
