The Overstimulated Reset
A Lymphatic Movement & Sound Meditation Experience
Give yourself two hours to slow down.
Where your body can finally relax.
What This Is
The Overstimulated Reset is a guided wellness experience designed to help you slow down, feel better in your body, and actually reset... physically and mentally.
This was created by me (Giuls) and Gaby (The Central Gab) after both of us found things that genuinely helped us feel better, and wanted a way to bring it together into one experience that people can actually feel for themselves.
Each part of the experience is designed to work together, so you leave feeling noticeably different than when you came in.
The Experience
Depending on the location and potential collaborations - the full experience typically lasts is about 2–2.5 hours:
Movement
Led by Gaby
We start with gentle, lymphatic-focused movement to:
- get things flowing
- reduce tension and inflammation
- help your body start to relax
This is not a workout, come in comfortable clothes (sweats, workout sets, anything you can move in).
Sound Meditation (50-60 min)
Led by Giuls
You’ll be lying down (or seated if preferred) while guided through a sound meditation using crystal singing bowls.
This portion is longer on purpose, it gives your body enough time to actually slow down and relax.
If you’ve ever felt like:
- “I can’t meditate”
- “My brain won’t shut off”
This is usually where things start to click.
Integration Stretch
Led by Gaby
A slow stretch to help your body come out of the experience feeling grounded and clear.
Social Time
After the guided portion, the space opens up.
Depending on the event, this may include:
- light food or drinks
- mini chair massage
- local vendors
What to Bring
- yoga mat
- pillow and/or blanket
- optional eye mask
- anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down (chairs also available)
Who This Is For
This is for you if you feel:
- overstimulated
- anxious or always “on”
- tired but wired
- disconnected from your body
- like relaxing or meditating doesn’t really work for you
Most people leave feeling:
“I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”
Meet Your Hosts
Giuls Carella
Sound Practitioner | Event Curator
I’m an IPHM-accredited sound practitioner and certified in The Harmonic Healing Arts™
After dealing with my own health challenges for years, I became really interested in how different things affect the body, especially when it comes to calming your nervous system down and getting out of that constant fight or flight mode.
Sound was one of the few things that actually made a noticeable difference for me, and now I create experiences so other people can feel that shift too.
Gaby Rosenblum (The Central Gab)
Fitness Instructor | Event Curator
Gaby is a fitness instructor and content creator with a strong local following in Central New Jersey (@thecentralgab).
Her approach to movement is simple, supportive, and realistic, focused on helping people feel better in their bodies, not pushing them past their limits.
